Enrollment & Supply Fees
Your spot will not be reserved until your Enrollment Fee is paid and all application forms are complete. Discounts/Refunds will not be given on Enrollment Fees.
New Learners 2025-2026
Enrollment Fee: $500
For returning learners a yearly Supplies Fee of $150 is due in May prior to the upcoming year to reserve your spot for the following year.
For the 2025-2026 year, tuition is due on the first of the month of classes. Our start date is July 15th, 2025. The first monthly installment of tuition is due July 1st, 2025.

Tuition
For the 2025/26 Academic Year, the first payment is due July 1st, 2025 (fifteen days before the first day of classes), and the last payment will be collected on May 1st, 2026.
Learners who join at a different time during the year will have their tuition pro-rated and their first tuition payment will be due on the 1st of the month they begin classes.
Tuition payments can be made via cash or check, or on our software program, Brightwheel. Fees apply.
Full Time Tuition AGES 3-6
$7,500 payable in 11 monthly installments ($682/month).
Full Time Tuition AGES 7+
$8,300 payable in 11 monthly installments ($755/month).
3-Day Tuition AGES 3-6 (Any 3 days)
$4,500 payable in 11 monthly installments ($409/month).
3-Day Tuition AGES 7+ (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday)
$5,000 payable in 11 monthly installments ($455/month).
2-Day Tuition AGES 3-6 ONLY (Any 2 days)
$3,200 payable in 11 monthly installments ($291/month).

Newly enrolled learners have a $500 non-refundable enrollment fee (full and part time students). This is due at enrollment to secure a spot in the school. Multi-child families will receive a $30 discount on the newly enrolled learner supplies fee for the 2nd, 3rd etc. enrolled learner(s). Learners enrolling mid-year will have their supplies fee pro-rated.
Returning Learners have a $150 non-refundable yearly supplies fee. To secure re-enrollment for the following year, families will be contacted in April to remit payment of the supplies fee for each learner with your re-enrollment form, due by the end of May.
Discounts
Tuition for Multi-child Full-Time Families – Families with multiple children at WWV pay full tuition for the learner with the highest tuition, then may reduce annual tuition for 2nd and 3rd siblings by 10%, and 12% for additional siblings beyond that.
**We do offer a discount for full-time enrolled learners of Veterans, Police, Fire, & Teachers. Please ask upon inquiry. We also have limited Hero Scholarships available each year.
Withdrawal
Enrollment is assumed to be for the entire academic year. Should a family separate enrollment during the academic year, tuition will be due through the month of withdrawal. Please provide written notice at least 1 month before withdrawal to provide WWV time to cancel any automatic payments.
